Sales and Warranty Information

This warranty information sets out the obligations and policies of Sun Vigor Company Limited (hereinafter 'SVCL', 'the company', 'us', 'we' or 'our') under Terms of warranty. By visiting this warranty statement, customers are deemed to agree to the policies and practices described in this terms of warranty(s) as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.

1. What is covered

Sun Vigor Company Limited warranty(s) that for a designated period of time or specific mileage as described in each section, the authorized SVCL dealer or workshop will repair or replace the product which proves defective in materials or workmanship, except for those items listed under the section titled "WHAT IS NOT COVERED".

2. Product Warranty

The warranty period for all purchased and delivered from Sun Vigor Company Limited authroized dealer or workshop is provided by the brands specific period or product mileage guarantee, whichever come first. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

Product Warranty covers all Sun Vigor Company Limited genuine original parts and components supplied by SVCL except for those items listed under the caption "WHAT IS NOT COVERED".

3. What is not covered

  • Any non-genuine products purchased outside of Sun Vigor Company Limited.
  • Any parts and labor costs incurred in connection with required or recommended maintenance service.
  • Any additional service such as wheel balancing and alignment, engine tune-up, spark plugs, lubricants and coolant, etc….
  • Product data are provided by the "BRAND", function will be different depending on different vehicle condition, model and grade.
  • Damage or failures resulting from:
  • Use of non-genuine SVCL products.
  • Misuse, careless, accident, theft or fire.
  • Repairs or performed by an authorized SVCL dealer.
  • Use of improper or dirty fuel, fluids or lubricants.
  • Lack of performance of proper maintenance services as outlined in the Maintenance Section in Warranty Information.
  • Normal deterioration of trim, paint or other appearance items.
  • Stone chipping, chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail, windstorm, lightning or other environmental conditions.
  • Incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience or commercial loss.

4. What you must do

  • Properly use, maintain and care for the product as outlined in the product manual.
  • If a problem arises within 7 days after purchase, you must report the same to your selling dealer without delay.
  • Check for product and component is intact, if any question and report to authorized SVCL dealer without delay.
  • Check for trim, paint or other appearance defects at the time pick up the vehicle and report the same to authorized SVCL dealer without delay.

5. Applicability

  • This warranty applies to genuine original parts and components purchased or installed from SVCL or SVCL authorized dealer.
  • SVCL has the right at any time to make changes to the design or specifications of any product without notice and without any obligation to make such changes on the products that have been sold in the past.

6. Update of Warranty Information

SVCL reserves the right to update the Warranty information at any time with or without prior notice, all changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. You are hereby invited to check the Warranty information each time you visit the website. Your continued use of the website thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changes.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
